Beginner Yoga

So this is your first time?  Or back after a long hiatus?  No problem.  Being inflexible or a bit out of shape is a given as a beginner.  This doesn’t mean you can’t do yoga – or do it well.  You will most definitely enjoy the classes and camaraderie from other students.  And before too long you’ll be stronger, happier and able to touch your toes!  Welcome to Good Life.  We celebrate your tight hamstrings!

Intro to Yoga (Free)
Offered once a month, this free class introduces you to the entire concept of yoga. We'll start with the basic poses which are accessible to everyone, regardless of your current state of flexibility or strength. After class you'll have time to discuss the class options available to you for continuing the good life. Learn more about Intro to Yoga.

Beginning Yoga
New to yoga? Just getting back into it? This is the class for you. Slowly and gently, we cover the basic poses, modifications, history and philosophy of this ancient physical practice. You’ll discover just how good yoga can make you feel. All body types are welcome.

Level 1
For those who have had little or no previous yoga experience.

4 Class Intro Pass (new students) $60.00

Purchase a Class Pass
5 passes $80.00
10 passes $140.00

Passes nontransferable and expire 6 weeks from date of purchase. Good for all studio classes.
