We teach our yoga classes with a light heart and lots of humor. We believe that yoga is for everybody — and every body. If you can’t touch your toes when you start, no problem! We’ll still help you attain the full benefits of yoga such as stress and pain relief, better sleeping, pain-free movement and lower blood pressure.

Our classes feature two types of yoga practice: Anusara Yoga and Hatha Yoga. Anusara is the mainstay of the studio and uses precise technical alignment along with inspirational themes to keep you strong, safe and open to the possibilities in your life. Hatha Yoga is a more basic practice that allows you to enjoy level one poses with simple meditations and breathwork.

No matter what class type or level you are, at Good Life you’ll have fun, meet new friends and improve your overall well-being.

Class Levels

At Good Life Yoga, you can count on individual attention and uncompromising quality yoga instruction. We know your name and we know your needs. We will help you improve your body, heal your heart and sharpen your mind. Many satisfied students call us the “Happy Yoga” studio — we play hard and work hard.

Beginner Classes

Intro to Yoga (Free)
Offered once a month, this free class introduces you to the entire concept of yoga. We'll start with the basic poses which are accessible to everyone, regardless of your current state of flexibility or strength. After class you'll have time to discuss the class options available to you for continuing the good life. Learn more about Intro to Yoga.

Beginning Yoga
New to yoga? Just getting back into it? This is the class for you. Slowly and gently, we cover the basic poses, modifications, history and philosophy of this ancient physical practice. You’ll discover just how good yoga can make you feel. All body types are welcome.

Level 1
For those who have had little or no previous yoga experience.

Intermediate/Advanced Yoga
The Universal Principles of Alignment that are the core of Anusara will shift your practice to a new level. Poses you thought unattainable are yours to practice fully and safely. Every week themes such as self-honor, gratitude, courage, support and surrender are explored. Not only are you practicing the poses, you are inspired to live a better, more successful life.

Intermediate

Level 1/2
For those continuing their yoga journey. Have had some yoga and are ready for more challenging poses and contemplations.

Advanced

Level 2 or 3
For those with one year or more of yoga or permission of teacher.

4 Class Intro Pass (new students) $60.00

Purchase a Class Pass
5 passes $80.00
10 passes $140.00

Passes nontransferable and expire 6 weeks from date of purchase. Good for all studio classes.
